Attaché Alex works by capturing documents that you create as usual in your system and sending them via the Internet to the Alex server. From there they are delivered to the recipient’s email inbox or fax machine. Full tracking and confirmation of each delivery is included.

You can use Alex to send virtually all business documents that you create in your Attaché or Prophet system including invoices, statements, purchase orders, remittances and employee pay advices. You can send one document to multiple recipients, send batches of documents to a single recipient, print copies and resend documents.
