ring them or create an email to them, provided that you have suitable

Two fields each provide a handy 100 characters to store extra information
about each contact. For example, you can record that a particular contact
is available between 7am and 3pm. |
Enhanced reporting

Using Attaché Contacts together with Attaché ODBC,
you can create customised reports or mail-merges from your Contacts data. |
