Document delivery and tracking service

Send documents by fax and email straight from your Attaché or Prophet system to your customers, suppliers and employees for around the cost of a postage stamp.

Attaché Alex saves you time and money because you no longer have to pay postage, stationery and handling costs. Plus your documents are delivered instantly which means increased efficiency and improved communication.

Attaché Alex works by capturing documents that you create as usual in your system and sending them via the Internet to the Alex server. From there they are delivered to the recipient’s email inbox or fax machine. Full tracking and confirmation of each delivery is included.

You can use Alex to send virtually all business documents that you create in your Attaché or Prophet system. This includes accounting documents such as invoices, statements, remittance advices, quotations, purchase orders, picking slips, and delivery documents. For payroll users, Alex delivers confidential employee pay advices & payment summaries. You can send one document to multiple recipients, send batches of documents to a single recipient, print copies and resend documents.

Attaché Alex also delivers document inclusions. When you send a document, you can now include any printable file, such as a Microsoft Word document, a price list you created in a spreadsheet, or even a digital photograph of a cheque or of goods.
