    The Payroll Dashboards — known as Attaché ClearView — provide a complete view of your employees to help you manage your staff and process their pay more efficiently. The easy-to-read dashboards let you see at a glance what is happening so you can take appropriate action. The dashboards are organised into menus for easy access, including your home page, employee details, leave history, and a My Payroll menu where you can view your most used information on the one screen. 

    Visual management — stay a step ahead

    With your most relevant information available on screen, you eliminate the need to run and review numerous reports. Constant attention to key areas helps ensure appropriate and timely action (for example, reviews due on anniversaries, temporary staff required to cover for upcoming leave) and highlight exceptions to assist with payroll processing. If you spot an issue, you can drill down straight from the dashboards, for example to the employee’s masterfile or a previous pay.

  • History, HR and OH&S

    The Payroll Dashboards let you to record notes and reminders for specific dates, such as leave details. You can see these notes for today, this week, and next, as well as viewing an employee’s history. The dashboards also provide a simple HR and OH&S system, for example to:

    • Record, categorise and report on incidents 
    • Record and remind about pay review dates 
    • Record and remind about training information 
    • Remind about licence/qualification expiry 

    Advanced search

    Use a Google-like search (such as part of name or phone number) for immediate access to an employee’s details. Search results include standard pay details, summary information, and a history of their pay, leave and contact notes.

    Customisable and secure

    Full security ensures only authorised staff see the information they are entitled to. To customise your dashboards you can select from a built-in library of reports and save your favourites in My Payroll. Easily change how the information is displayed for example from a list to a calendar view, add a search box or alter the screen layout. To increase the amount of detail displayed, click to open as full-screen, and sort and filter the results to analyse only the data you want.
