If you need immediate assistance and your Consultant is
unavailable or you are "between agreements" with a Consultant, call
Attaché's emergency Helpline.
The Helpline provides expert assistance for one-off issues, with
a flat-rate charge, no matter how long it takes to resolve. Calls are
charged directly to you by your telecommunications provider and appear
itemised on your phone bill. There are no contracts to sign and no
credit card details required.
The
Helpline is not intended to replace your support agreement with an authorised
Attaché Consultant. Being a telephone service, it is not possible to resolve
long, complex issues which would normally require a site visit from an expert Consultant.

service is available to users in Australia and New Zealand
only. In other countries, please contact your Attaché Consultant.
