Attaché recently hosted an awards dinner as part of Attaché Connect 2011, to recognise the highest performing consultants from Australia, New Zealand and internationally. End-of-year seminars — Papua New Guinea, 14-23 November 2011

Attaché is running end-of-year (EOY) seminars in Papua New Guinea this month. With separate sessions for Accounts and Payroll and 14 dates and times to choose from, we are expecting 700 people to attend. Attendees will gain the skills they need to manage EOY and ensure their Attaché system is ready for the new financial year. We will also be providing an overview of the new features in Attaché Accounts and Attaché Payroll version 1.05.
Payroll Update and Fair Work Compliance Seminar – Melbourne, 14 and 15 November

Attaché have teamed up with national employment law firm EI Legal to present a free seminar for users to find out whether they are compliant with the Fair Work Act, and if not find out what to do. We will also cover some of the new features of Attaché including the new termination calculator, automated superannuation lodgement and record keeping using Attaché systems.

Attaché Accounts and Attaché Payroll version 1.04

Attaché Accounts and Attaché Payroll version 1.04 is now available. As well as enhancements in Attaché Accounts, this release includes a number of features in Attaché Payroll that are particularly relevant for Australian users, such as Implementation of the Flood and Cyclone Reconstruction Levy, 2011/12 Tax Scales, and Stop Leave Accruals (Paid Parental Leave).
Australian tax scales 2011/12

Attaché Payroll tax scales for the Australian 2011/12 financial year are now available free of charge for licensed Attaché users. These tax scales include the Flood and Cyclone Reconstruction Levy which comes into effect on 1 July 2011. Tax scales can be automatically downloaded from your Attaché system or you can download them manually from the Attaché Members website.

This version includes the Cash Flow Forecaster and Financial Controller, as well as ClearView dashboards, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Report Designer. Secure and customisable, with centralised tasks and reminders and instant on-screen searches, ClearView provides a "top down" view of your operations, helping you to reduce debtors, stock and expenses and increase sales.

ClickSuper replaces the manual process of paying employee contributions with a secure e-commerce system. With one click in Attaché Payroll, your super contribution details are sent to ClickSuper. ClickSuper validates the data and transfers payment to each fund according to your own payment schedule.
Attaché Accounts and Attaché Payroll version 1.03

Attaché Accounts and Attaché Payroll version 1.03 is now available to download free of charge to licensed Attaché users. As well as a number of major new features, this release includes New Zealand tax scales for 2011/12 and updates to Attaché Payroll due to changes to the New Zealand Holidays Amendment Act 2010.
This release also introduces ClickSuper, for processing Australian superannuation contributions.
New Zealand tax scales 2011/12

New tax scales for New Zealand, which come into effect on 1 April
2011, are now available. You should install these tax scales before
processing pays with a pay period ending on or after 1 April, but they
should not be used before that date. The quickest and most convenient
way to download the tax scales is via the Attaché menu. Alternatively,
you can download the file from the Attaché Members website.

Information is available from the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) to assist businesses and employees who have been affected by these disasters.
